- 🕒 Tour Duration: Approx. 6–7 hours on both days.
- 📍 Starting Point: Shrestha Bharat Bhavan, Statue of Unity, Kevadiya / Ekta Nagar.
- 🅿️ Paid parking, change room, lockers, cafeteria and restrooms are available at SBB.
- 🪪 Identification: Carry original Aadhaar Card. Foreigners / NRIs require Passport, OCI & Visa.
- 🚌 SOU Bus Transportation: All sightseeing is via SOU buses from the Shrestha Bharat Bhavan pick-up point. Bus charges are included.
- ⚠️ Missed components are non-refundable and cannot be shifted to another slot or day.
- 🏛️ SOU Authority's decision is final for any operational changes, cancellations or restrictions.

No refund if cancelled within 5 days of the visit.
📅 Cancellation request date & visit date are excluded from the day count.
💬 Non-Refundable: Visit dates from 8–14 November and 21 December–2 January are non-refundable.
